As a sectoral association, Energy Storage Europe plays a role in lobbying for energy transition that aligns with its mission, structurally limiting the risk of outright greenwashing. However, communication remains heavily oriented toward political advocacy and sector promotion, with no transparency on the association’s own internal practices or the environmental impacts of its members.
